The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has officially announced that the Madhyamik Pariksha (Secondary Examination) 2025 results will be declared on May 2, 2025, at 9:00 am.

A press note issued on Wednesday said that the announcement will be made through a press conference by the chairman of the ad-hoc committee of WBBSE.

According to the circular signed by WBBSE secretary Subrata Ghosh, students will be able to check their results through several official websites and mobile applications from 9:45 am on May 2. Also, schools will be able to collect mark sheets and certificates from their respective camp offices of the board from 10:00 am on May 2, 2025.

WBCHSE Result 2025: Result Stats 2024

In the previous year, the overall pass percentage for WBCHSE Class 12th was recorded at 90%, indicating a strong performance by the students. In contrast, the WB Class 10th Exam 2025 saw a slightly lower pass percentage of 86.31%. A total of 9,12,598 students appeared for the Class 10 exams, while 7,55,324 students appeared for the Class 12 exams. Among Class 10 candidates, boys achieved a pass percentage of 89.21%, while girls recorded 83.9%. The gender-wise data for Class 12 has not been released.
